• CHECK IN: If you arrive earlier than 15:00 there is a locker to leave your luggage (not avaliable when COVID). Most rooms have been used the day before (the Turismo de interior all roms are usually full) so if you arrive at 7:00, provably your room is not ready.

• CHECK OUT: Room has to be empty at 12:00, there is a locker to leave your luggage (not avaliable when COVID). Make sure your room is empty by that time, because usually the hotel is full all days so your room is needed.

• If you have decided to come by car, remember that in Palma there is NOT FREE PARKING. You will have to take the car to an underground pay parking.

• If you arrive with the car in front of the door of the hotel, it means that you came throug Carrer Horts. You need to give your ID. number and the plate number of the car to the person on charge at the reception, before 24 hours have past.

• No pets are allowed

• All rooms have KING SIZE BED (but the single room). Twin room is NOT POSSIBLE. Cot on request is possible. Otherwise three people in one room is not possible.

• Your pin number opens the reception and your room. This code is UNIQUE for you, the other people with their code can not open your room only the reception.

• The hotel does not have lift. Breakfast is not offered.

• All bathrooms have a little Jacuzzy bath, towels and hairdryer.

On departure day if you have not heard from recepctions your room is paid you can leave.

• Most rooms are pre paid so the charge will be done when you book.

• Rooms have small minibar and one safe. The safe box cost 3 euros per day.
